Job description

The Strategy Lead plays a crucial role in aligning products and services with customer needs and business strategy. The Strategy Lead manages their own set of customers  of maturity level 3 or 4, for whom they develop a strategy plan. Additionally, they ensure that all other leads have strategy plans in place for their respective customers. By providing insights, setting direction, and working with stakeholders and specialists, the Strategy Lead prioritizes initiatives and defines requirements to ensure a strategic and customer-focused approach. 


The Strategy Lead is responsible for the menu items, working closely with other leads and Lab Captains to ensure they are feasible and accurately reflect the label’s offerings. As the voice of the customer, the Strategy Lead uses feedback to guide development decisions, driving innovation and continuous improvement while delivering products on time and within budget. They partner closely with the Business Owner, collaborating on attracting new customers and challenging each other to achieve the best results.

Responsibilities of the Strategy Lead:

- Customer Relationship Management: Manage relationships with the largest customers, ensuring their needs are met and their business grows.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure that every customer has a strategy plan that aligns with their needs and our business goals.
- Feedback Integration: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that customer feedback guides our development decisions, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Communication: Handle communication and business development for Analytics and Marketing Automation specialists.
- Financial Accountability: Responsible for meeting goals related to turnover and gross margin.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Owner to stimulate commercial growth and seize new opportunities.
