Why Small Giants:
We often get asked the question: "Why Small Giants". While looking for the right name is truthfully always incredibly hard, we knew we stumbled on the right identity the minute someone mentioned "Small Giants" to us. It encapsulates everything we stand for in only two words.
The "Small" in "Small Giants" is derived from the principle that we don't want anyone in the room that isn't strictly necessary to get the job done. Small, nimble groups of specialists are favored over large bureacratic, process heavy organizations with unnecessary management layers. We believe we do our best work when we act swiftly because we've chosen a small but dedicated group of individuals to lead the charge.
That, however, is not the complete picture. Small groups of specialised individuals only thrive when they have the backing of a large 'mothership' that takes care of their needs and provides the backbone and support so they can focus on the job at hand. Together, they form the ultimate eco-system, ready to take on the tasks of Giants!
