As our Paid Ads & Analytics Intern, you’ll join our performance team and get hands-on experience in running and analysing digital campaigns. You’ll help set up and optimise ads — but more importantly, you’ll dig into the data to figure out what really makes them work. You’ll connect the dots, learn how to spot patterns, and help turn insights into action.

This is a high-impact internship where you’ll make real contributions, sharpen your skills, and build a strong foundation in both advertising and analytics.

Bij Small Giants draait performance marketing niet om klikken, maar om échte groei. Als Junior Performance Marketeer help jij klanten vooruit met campagnes die resultaat opleveren – van het juiste bereik tot een sterke conversie en gezonde ROAS.

Je gaat hands-on aan de slag met platformen als Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Job Boards en Display. Samen met specialisten uit je team bouw je campagnes, analyseer je data en vertaal je inzichten naar impact.
