You
You are a SEO Specialist. You love developing and executing advanced SEO strategies that drive substantial growth in organic traffic and conversions for our customers. You combine technical knowledge with strategic insight and have the ability to lead complex SEO projects from start to finish. Additionally, you play a key role in mentoring junior team members and maintaining strong client relationships.
Your talent & passion:
- Develop and implement customized SEO strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities through keyword research, competitive analysis, and market insights.
- Conduct technical audits and ensure optimal crawlability, indexing, and performance of websites.
- Implement technical improvements.
- Advise and collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized content that appeals to both search engines and users.
- Monitor and improve existing content to increase visibility and relevance.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies aimed at increasing domain and page authority.
- Conduct backlink audits and identify opportunities for acquiring high-quality backlinks.
- Analyze SEO performance using tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console.
- Translate data into insightful reports and recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Serve as a point of contact for SEO-related matters for clients.
- Advise on long-term SEO strategies and respond to client needs.
- Lead SEO projects, including planning, coordination, and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with various teams within the organization to integrate SEO initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates, and apply this knowledge to gain a competitive advantage.
- Share knowledge and expertise by mentoring and training internal and external junior SEO specialists.
- Focus on improving ROI for clients through targeted SEO efforts.
- Set and achieve measurable goals, such as increased organic traffic, better rankings, and higher conversions.

At Small Giants our “Traffic Lab” consist of the following elements:
- SEO;
- Google Ads;

- Copywriting;
All the elements necessary to help customers attract the right visitors to the platform where they convert. The current team consists of 3 specialists who each have their own core speciality, but they also collaborate as a team and help each other out on other topics. Teamwork makes the dream work. You will be responsible for delivering SEO value within the Traffic Lab.
Requirements
You need to have:
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in an SEO role, preferably within an agency environment.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
- Experience with technical SEO and conducting complex audits.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Leadership experience and the ability to guide and inspire a team.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results.
