Job description

We're looking for a skilled Performance Marketeer to drive impactful results in digital advertising. As a Performance Marketeer, you'll be responsible for designing and optimizing campaigns that transform clicks into loyal customers, maximizing both conversion rates and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS). You'll leverage tools like Google Ads, Social Ads, and the Google Display Network to create high-performing campaigns. With a strategic mindset and analytical expertise, you’ll make every ad count, ensuring that our clients see tangible value from every investment.

Your Talent & Passion:

Create and Optimize Performance Campaigns: Lead the development and management of digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Social Ads, and more, including:

  • Google Ads Performance Max (PMax)
  • Google Shopping
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • TikTok Ads
  • Job Board Ads
  • Google Display Network
  • Bing Ads
  • Google Remarketing

Continuous Improvement and Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign data to uncover insights, ensuring each optimization aligns with client objectives and the latest digital advertising trends.

Technical Implementation: Set up and manage tracking tools to measure campaign performance accurately. Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless data tracking, analytics, and reporting.


Core Metric Management: Proactively manage and enhance key performance metrics, such as:

  • Impressions and Clicks
  • Quality of Website Visitors
  • Conversion Rate Optimization
  • ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) / POAS (Profit on Advertising Spend)
  • On-Site Behavior of Campaign Traffic

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Performance Marketing initiatives are aligned with broader marketing strategies. Present insights, performance data, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.


Strategic and Big-Picture Thinking: You are not just focused on day-to-day campaign management but are also able to connect insights and trends to the broader business goals.
