The Marketing Lead oversees marketing for every level 3 and 4 customer in the label, offering guidance and inspiration on marketing across the board. They run marketing campaigns, conduct in-depth update calls, and drive business development by identifying new opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and expanding our market reach.
The Marketing Lead is commercially responsible for achieving the goals of a group of small clients from A to Z. These clients primarily have marketing needs, which the Labs support. The Marketing Lead manages these clients entirely but mainly plays an overseeing role while the Labs handle specific tasks. This setup ensures the Marketing Lead maintains full management of the client's needs and goals.
As the go-to person for marketing questions, the Marketing Lead keeps all marketing activities in sync, coordinates specialists, and ensures we hit our revenue goals. Labs assist with specific tasks, managing campaigns for smaller customers, and maintaining stable accounts, ensuring smooth operations across all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Run marketing campaigns and conduct detailed update calls.
- Client Interface: Act as the primary contact for marketing-related queries and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and expand market reach.
- Analytics Integration: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- MarTech Solutions: Integrate and advise on marketing technology solutions to enhance marketing efforts.
- Revenue Goals: Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with revenue targets and business objectives.
- Hands-On Support: Provide hands-on support to specialist teams, ensuring consistency and alignment in marketing activities.
- Customer Success: Focus on customer satisfaction and success through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Label-Wide Responsibility: Oversee marketing for the entire label, including major clients of other Leads, and provide marketing guidance across all clients.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with Labs for specific execution tasks, managing campaigns for smaller customers and maintaining stable accounts.
