Your Mission

Turn proven growth systems into scalable, repeatable, predictable commercial growth.
Not by pushing harder.
By tightening the system: positioning, packaging, pricing, pipeline discipline and  key account outcomes.


What You Own

Commercial direction and priorities aligned with company goals.
Full visibility and control over pipeline, forecast and margin.
Pricing logic that protects profitability.
Proposal quality and commercial standards.
1–2 strategic key accounts with direct revenue and margin responsibility.

You lead:
4 Customer Leads
1 Sales
2 Sales Partners
You report directly to the CEO & Founder.

 

What Success Looks Like After 6 Months

  • Profit targets are met or exceeded. 
  • Proposal quality and win rate are measurably higher.
  • Forecast accuracy is reliable.
  • We sell what we can deliver.
  • Key accounts are stable, growing and disciplined.
  • Commercial trade-offs are visible across the company.

KPIs You Own

  • Revenue and profit from existing customers.
  • Revenue and profit from new business.
  • Win rate.
  • Forecast accuracy.
  • Margin per customer.
  • Churn and upsell performance.
     

This is you

  • You see the whole commercial system, not just deals.
  • You understand margin better than revenue.
  • You are comfortable saying no to the wrong work, even under pressure. 
  • You lead through clarity and standards, not hierarchy.
  • You simplify complexity into clean propositions.
  • You take ownership when numbers disappoint.
  • You feel comfortable withing marketing and technology translations for our clients

Experience That Helps: 
Commercial leadership in agency, consultancy, SaaS or high-performance services. Strong in pricing, packaging and forecast discipline. Key account experience with senior stakeholders. Comfortable making decisions that impact revenue and margin.
