What you will be doing
As Delivery Lead, you play a pivotal role in aligning people, processes, and performance. You combine strategic oversight with operational clarity to ensure we deliver great work – consistently, sustainably, and with impact.
You will be accountable for:

Project management for key clients – Leading planning, execution and delivery to ensure high-quality, on-time outcomes that drive client value

Client satisfaction and relationship management – Acting as a key point of contact, you ensure expectations are met – and where possible, exceeded – by building trust and delivering results

Team performance and development – Leading the Leads Team by setting clear expectations, coaching for growth, and maintaining high-quality output across the board

Capacity and billability management – Ensuring that the right people are working on the right things at the right time, balancing workload with strategic priorities

Cost vs. revenue management – Keeping a sharp eye on financials to maintain sustainable project profitability and healthy business performance

Structure and process improvement – Continuously identifying and implementing improvements that increase efficiency, reduce friction, and support scalable delivery
This role is both hands-on and high-level. You’ll lead by example, act on insights, and empower your team to do their best work – every day.
