Business Analyst

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret business data to provide actionable insights that guide decision-making and improve business performance.
• Develop detailed reports and dashboards using data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to support internal teams and clients.
• Manage and maintain SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business owners, product managers, and developers, to align data solutions with business objectives.
• Contribute to the development of innovative products for our clients by gathering and analyzing data that informs the product development process.
• Utilize your strong analytical skills to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of insights and reports that meet both internal and external business needs.

Ideal candidate:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within a technology-driven environment, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong expertise in SQL databases and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key skills:

• Expertise in SQL databases and data management, including writing complex queries.
