What you will be doing


You’ll develop and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads for B2B clients — from targeting and positioning to nurturing and analytics.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing full-funnel lead generation strategies tailored to B2B buyer journeys

  • Setting up and managing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and META

  • Collaborating on landing pages, gated content, e-books, webinars and lead magnets

  • Building and optimising lead nurturing flows via email and automation tools

  • Aligning with sales teams on MQL criteria, lead scoring and handover

  • Monitoring key KPIs such as CPL, MQL/SQL volume, conversion rate and pipeline contribution

  • Reporting clearly on performance and sharing insights to iterate and scale

You’ll work across industries like SaaS, HR tech, consulting and digital services — with the freedom to try, test and grow what works.

What we are looking for

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience with B2B marketing (preferably in lead generation or demand generation)

  • Are confident with platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email automation

  • Understand how to build campaigns across awareness, consideration and conversion stages

  • Know your way around data and dashboards — and use them to steer decisions

  • Are comfortable working closely with sales and aligning marketing to commercial goals

  • Communicate clearly, take initiative, and enjoy working with freedom and responsibility
