As a B2B Lead Generation Content Producer, you will play a pivotal role in driving targeted, high-conversion content to generate quality leads and fuel the sales pipeline. You have a knack for creating content that speaks directly to the unique challenges of businesses, guiding them from awareness to interest and consideration. Your content will range from blog posts and white papers to email campaigns and landing pages, all with the goal of educating and nurturing leads. You understand the nuances of B2B marketing and have experience tailoring messaging that resonates with decision-makers across various industries. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop content that attracts, nurtures, and converts leads into valuable business relationships. SEO, SEM, and email marketing will be central to your content strategy, and your ability to track, analyze, and adjust campaigns based on performance will be key to optimizing our approach.
Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation Content
• Develop thought leadership content such as blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies that resonate with business decision-makers.
• Create landing pages, email flows, and lead magnets designed to capture and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Produce video content and other media that engage prospects and position Small Giants as a trusted expert.
• Write compelling sales copy for lead gen campaigns, ensuring the tone is professional, persuasive, and tailored to the B2B audience.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
• Drive B2B lead generation through organic and paid campaigns, using SEO and SEA to attract and convert leads.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance, ensuring content is generating measurable results in lead acquisition and conversion.
• Collaborate with sales teams to refine messaging and build content that directly supports lead nurturing and sales goals.
Sales Enablement
• Work with the sales team to create content that supports lead qualification and conversion, such as email sequences, proposals, and decks.
• Track lead generation metrics and adjust content and campaigns based on data insights to improve conversion rates.
General Content Strategy
• Adapt content to meet the evolving needs of our target business audiences and the industries we serve.
• Stay up to date with B2B marketing trends and incorporate relevant strategies into content creation.
Manage & Enhance Your Soft Skills
• Manage content production schedules to ensure timely delivery of assets for campaigns.
• Balance strategic planning with the flexibility to react to market changes and urgent sales requests.
